We were very happy with the service that Comfort Solutions provided for us - our apartment is now properly ventilated to the correct standards which means that we've been able to rent it out again with a view to living there ourselves eventually.
I decided to have the insulation of my 2005 built house checked after finding it difficult to keep the rooms warm during the bad winter of 2015/16. Draughts, cold spots and a boiler that was always on the go meant it was time to do something.
We have been delighted with the results of using Comfort Solutions to clad our house with exterior insulation. The results are immediate.
The external insulation that Comfort Solutions Ireland installed for us has made a huge difference to how warm our house is. From the start of the process, they proved to be professional and easy to deal with.
We had external wall insulation installed on our detached bungalow and had an attic insulation upgrade during the summer of 2017. We are very pleased with the results as our house is now much cosier in winter time and holds the heat for much longer after the heating switches off which helps greatly with the fuel costs.
In 2016 Fergus and his team installed Lunos ventilation systems into various rooms in our house. In the bathroom and en-suites moisture is now automatically removed, while the system in a sitting room provides fresh air. That particular room maintains a good, even temperature.
Additionally, we suffered from water penetration at the front of our mass-concrete house. The areas concerned were completely rebuilt, using insulated slabs, and I’m pleased to say that after two winters, this has resolved the problem entirely.
All the work was done to a high standard, on time, and I’m more than happy to recommend Comfort Solutions Ireland for their first class work.

Attic insulation & Ventilation works
In 2017 I contacted Comfort Solutions to install the Lunos EAS system as a retrofitted ventilation/extraction solution for my home. The installation was carried out very well. Their work was neat and they quickly tidied up any small bits to plasterwork and surrounds. As I wasn't on site, Fergus kindly followed up with telephone calls to detail the progress of the work. He also took time to explain in detail how to maintain the units in terms of cleaning etc.
