Combustion Wall Vent

Permanent wall vent - fuel burning applianceFor any room with a heat producing appliance, we must provide a permanently open, "combustion" wall vent, as outlined in Building Regulations Parts J and F. Comfort Solutions Ireland can provide exactly this, through a ducted vent through an external wall. Our combusition wall vents have interior and exterior vent covers/grills in a range of colours and externally, has a rain-proof hood to prevent any unwanted water from entering your home. Each vent also contains a baffle to reduce draughts.

Combustion Wall Vents are installed by coring external walls to the appropriate size and inserting a special ventilation unit into the cored hole. Comfort Solutions Ireland offer a professional core drilling service, using professional core drilling equipment for this purpose and all installations are carried out in a professional and neat manner, leaving your home neat, clean and tidy, both inside and out. Our drilling is generally wet but we core from outside and we will not cause a mess inside your home.

As always, we will leave your home in perfect repair, just as we found it.
